The archive contains biographical and creative documents from the formative years of the experimental music scene in the region (most from Stary Oskol and Belgorod) dating back to the early 2000s. The key episodes include: the emergence of the avant‑garde rock band Filosofiya Udobreniya (Stary Oskol, 2023) and the birth of the Belgorod noise scene connected with the activities of Aleksandr Grebenikov (Urinate, 2013), an organizer of garage noise festivals; and musical projects by Sergey Yezhov, Victor Zhdanov, and Dmitry Kholodny among others.
A large part of the archive consists of albums and demos from Victor Zhdanov’s private collection. It also includes biographical materials, articles, ephemera, photographs, and videos. Physical materials of the archive are stored in Stary Oskol.
