Tantssoyuz Information and Research Center

Tantssoyuz [Dance Union] Information and Research Center is an archive of Russian contemporary dance that has existed at the Innovative Cultural Center of Kaluga since 2023.

The archive gathers, processes, stores, and spreads information on Russian dance collectives and projects that have submitted information about themselves. Tantssoyuz provides bibliographic, information, and methodological services, conducts research and organizes cultural and educational activities. Its staff work with the target audience of Russian contemporary dance to register the development of choreographers’ careers and record it in the archive.

Tantssoyuz participates in Kod: Provintsii, a scientific and practical conference of Russian contemporary dance artists organized by the Innovative Cultural Center of Kaluga since 2020.
